Privacy Policy

Vantae LLC ("Vantae," "we," "us") makes the Vantae Performance app and the website at this address. Your fitness data stays on your device or in your own iCloud account. We do not sell it, share it, or use it for advertising.

Information you enter in the app

The app stores what you enter so it can work for you:

* Daily check-in answers and your readiness score

* Workouts, sets, reps, and training programs

* Nutrition and macro entries

* Recovery and mobility logs

* Intake questionnaire answers, such as goals and experience level

* Progress photos and measurements

This information is stored on your iPhone. Vantae does not run servers that receive or store it.

Optional iCloud sync

You can turn on iCloud sync to back up your data and use it across your Apple devices. When it is on, your data is stored in your private iCloud account and is handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. Vantae cannot see or access data in your iCloud account. You can turn sync off at any time in the app or in your iPhone's iCloud settings.

Apple Health

If you allow it, the app reads health data such as sleep and heart rate variability from Apple Health to calculate your readiness score. This data is used only inside the app. It is never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared with anyone. You can change access at any time in the Health app under Sharing.

Subscriptions and payments

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Vantae does not receive your payment card details. Apple's terms and privacy policy govern those transactions.

Website and waitlist

If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address to send launch news and updates. It is stored through our website provider, Squarespace. You can unsubscribe from any email or ask us to delete your address.

Third parties

The app does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. We do not sell or share your personal information. If this changes, we will update this policy before the change takes effect.

Your choices and deleting your data

* Delete entries or photos at any time inside the app.

* Deleting the app removes the data stored on your iPhone.

* To remove synced data, turn off iCloud sync and delete Vantae's data in your iPhone's iCloud storage settings.

* To remove your waitlist email, unsubscribe or contact us.

Children

Vantae is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will help remove the data.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. Significant changes will be noted in the app or on this page.
